Vendor Registration
Join us by becoming an event vendor for the 2nd Annual
A
nything's PAWSible Festival and 5K Fun Run/Walk.

For only $200 you can promote your business or organization and/or sell products in-person to participants and spectators in the post-race festival on the spacious Manassas Museum Lawn. Vendors will receive a 10' x 10' space to set-up on the big day!   Larger spaces can be purchased at an additional fee.  Please contact the Event Coordinator at info@anythingspawsibleva.com for more information.

NOTE: Non-profit and government organizations that seek to promote their services or programs can register at NO COST.  Please contact the Event Coordinator at info@anythingspawsibleva.com for more information.

Set-up:

  • Vendor must bring everything needed for their designated space (tables, chairs, canopy, etc.).

  • Vendor may have one canopy per booth (10×10); no tents allowed.

  • Vendor may supply one item for race packets to promote your business (i.e. business card, coupons, sample products, etc.).  The item must be provided to the Anything's PAWSible Event Coordinator by March 31, 2024 at info@anythingspawsibleva.com.

  • Limited power is available. If a vendor needs power, they must contact the Anything's PAWSible Event Coordinator at info@anythingspawsibleva.com to determine if this request can be accomodated.

  • Vendors must be set-up by 9:45 AM.

 

Race/Festival Schedule:

  • Vendor Set-up — 8:00 AM - 9:45 AM

  • Race Check-In — 10:00 - 10:45 AM

  • Race Begins — 11:00 AM

  • Festival  — 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Event Wrap-Up & Tear-Down (volunteers will assist vendors) — 3:15 PM

 

Cost:

  • $200 per booth.  For just $50 more, consider upgrading to a Bronze Sponsor and receive additional promos in our event marketing campaign.  If you'd like to register and upgrade to a sponsor, please fill out the vendor registration forms and navigate to the Become an Event Sponsor page to select Bronze Sponsorship. 

  • Payment due upon completion of vendor service agreement. Vendor booth fees are non-refundable.

  • Payment can be made via online credit card payment or by check made out to: Anything's PAWSible.  The Event Coordinator will provide remittance address if needed.

Additional details:

  • Please complete the vendor registration below.  Prospective vendors will be contacted to complete a service agreement.  

  • Anything's PAWSible will cover any permits required to sell food and goods at the event under an Umbrella Permit with Manassas City.

  • All food vendors must provide the necessary health department certification.  Food vendors are invited to participate in our events, however, if you’d like to be considered, please send along information regarding your menu and business to our Events Coordinator.  All food vendors are required to pay the Manassas City meals tax.

  • Food trucks will need to be inspected by the Fire Marshal prior to the event.  

  • All vendors must be prepared to be inspected by the City of Manassas Fire Marshal and must comply with any requests made by the Fire Marshal.

  • All vendors must register with the City of Manassas and pay appropriate sales tax.

  • If you are a crafter or artisan, and you do not have liability insurance, please ensure that is stated in the registration request so the Event Coordinator can accommodate your request.
